Hiruzen became Hokage at age 41

Was reading through a few databook 4 profiles. I noticed that in the bottom left corner of Danzo's second page, it clearly notes that he day of Tobirama's death was 31 Years ago.

The Databook confirms Danzo to have been 73 years of age at his time of death. The databook also considers the war arc/chapter 699 as the last days of the manga. So I'm not sure if Danzo would have turned 74 if he lived up to the war arc.

However lets just say he's 73 anyway. Subtract 31 years and you get 42. Hiruzen died at age 69 in part 1, its safe to say that if Hiruzen loved up to the war arc, that he would be 72 at least, if we add 3 years. So lets assume he's 72 years of age if he lived to the 4th ninja war, then take away 31 years.

Hiruzen would therefore be around 41 Years Old at the time Tobirama appointed him as Hokage. So damn, he became Hokage pretty late. And his reign lasted like 28-29 years according to all this.

Reason I've been looking through these is because I am trying to discover how old Hashirama/Tobirama were. People saying they were't old or were in their 30s/40s at most lol. Hashirama being a 30/40 year old grandpa :|. I've always said they wrre in their 60s, mid 50s at least. These guys were old, no doubt.

I made one slight mistake. The databook states that e Orochimaru vs Hiruzen fight took place 5 years ago. Which means 5 years before chapter 699. Which means hiruzen would be 74 if he lived to the war arc. I said Hiruzen would be 72, but that's wrong. So Hiruzen would have been 42-43 (probably 43) years old.

That may be, but Naruto was defending the village in the place of the Hokage (Tsunade), Elders (Homura, Koharu, Danzo) and the heir apparent (Kakashi), since he was 16.

How do you determine how young and old someone looks in the manga? Jiraya has always looked the same from his 20s to his 50s. Just his hair grows.

The likes of Shikaku, Inochi and Choza look exactly the same at age 41 from when they were 24 (during the kyuubi incident flashback). 41 is still young. In fact danzo looked like he was in his 40s, he has a very distinct mature look.

Most of this came from the databook. The Manga never explicit state their age other than Hurizen.

You can see in the bottom left corner of hashiramas profile that the orochimaru attack on konoha incident was 5 years prior to the end of the 4th war. So hiruzen being 69 on that day, would be 74 now.

Torifu was 30, according to the db.

Homura actually looks like a 40 year old in at picture.

No it wasnt, you are just guessing their age based on how they were drawn. Characters in their 30s and 40s can and have been drawn to look much younger than they are.
