Given durability and overwhelming powers as key factors in this match, Sasuke easily take the win in curse mark form low-dif. In base form with three tomoe, he takes the win high-dif. High-dif because theres the possibility that Neji could easily hit Sasuke's chakra points and disable him.

Sasuke should logically win this by both hype and portrayal. I'd really love to see Neji do what Sasuke did to Yamato, Naruto, Sakura and Sai even before he absorbed Orochimaru's White Snake Power.

But his first pt2 feats were literally shitting on Sai 3 times in a row and then wrecking Yamato. Then Orochimaru had to stop him from killing all of them.
