Once the seal is done forming, chakra isn't sent there anymore. So it would be exactly the same as War Arc Sakura's seal.

Tsunade never stated it had it limits or capacity.

She wasn't passed out for 3 days, but it her took her 3 days to replenish Naruto. Naruto was the one that was passed out that long. And clone of a RSM Naruto should have more chakra than base form Naruto.
