Blitzing is not the only option: keeping pressure, dodging, CQC assaults.

Since sakura uses CES and not actually physicall strenght, her lifting strenght is not above average. If Ay restrains her body by grabbing her then she wouldn't be able to break it. After that, ligher bombo would break her bones.

Ay knows byakugo since he'd recognize it after seeing the same seal on Tsunade. Sakura's bones would take a second to regenerate, and Ay can use that time lapse.

Also: Ay dodges everything Sakura has. And Ay has more stamina. How much can Sakura keep byakugo up?

She followed Naruto and Sasuke visually during the Kaguya fight. She was also able to physically react to a chakra arm from Kaguya which RSM Naruto stated to be very fast.

Byakugo allows you to move before damage gets healed.
