Forced relationships... don't even let me talk about that.

Kaguya the worst villain in the entire series no background story no motivation, lame fight, Seriously whats Kishi's problem with females...

I don't really see y tsunade gets so much hate :| I mean besides her being the weakest Tsunade did all she could to protect the village and not let anyone disrespect her position.

Against Madara Tsunade showed out a lot and is the reason the other kage are still alive

But I do, I just never really get too into the characters so I have no problem with them. I can understand why some people bash them (some reasons) but overall their just characters. I'll be moving on as soon as I finish it anyways.

It's the purpose of female characters in shonen. Kishi just gave justice to shonen girls. they don't belong there. Go watch Shojo.

I don't know if we can treat it as 'sexism' because we actually have very good and well developed female characters in the series, but yeah, I feel like there is definitely a lack of space in the spotlight for them.

Another thing that makes me think twice about using the term 'sexism' is because Kishimoto has never shown any kind of misogynistic attitude towards the female characters in Naruto. Thing that we frequently see in most shounens, where woman are often objectified.

As bad as Kishi is and has admitted to being....he actually isn't awful compared to other mangakas.

Sure Sakura and Hinataa are the literal worst but Temari, Tsunade, Mei, Anko, Tenten, Chiyo? All get a pass for me. Plenty independent and if sexualised usually with a twist (tsunade is 80+, Mei is a femme fatale design character)

I'm making a video about this very topic actually and whilst Naruto females are often sidelined / EXTREMELY traditionalist and UNDEREPRESENTED. There's nothing in there which is actually vicious or undermining...other than the character motive of Sakura, who proves she and Hinata are the minority who need saving & feel the need to prove their worth to men because of their feminine insecurities.

Disagree. People think she's a great example bc of the Obito fight and the fact she was a villain but she barely had motives of her own. She was WAY more devoted to a male figure and submissive than the likes of Tsunade, Temari or Kurotsuchi.

Not sexist. He just don't know how to write females in a male based manga, and since he made most of the females pairing oriebted, it might come off as what you are saying, but I doubt he' sexist.
