These are my predictions on the above characters, and how i believe they will end up.. and how i'd like them to be.
Luffy:
Monkey D. luffy of course will be the pirate king. However, when he goes and defeats the WG. The pirate era should still continue. And 1 thing I would like his character to show is, facial hair. When hes 25 or w.e and still looks like a lil 16 year old kid... it'd be just too weird. Even though its hard imagining Luffy with facial hair, it'd be something i'm interested in seeing even if its for a chapter or so, just curious as to what Oda will make him look like. He should also be a bit more bigger, bigger as in muscular. The dude is getting too kiddy looking as the manga progresses.
Zoro:
Hoping he'd be the Dark King like Rayleigh. And also would like to see a moment where he actually takes a leadership role up front in luffy's absence. And that irritating habbit of not remembering the direction, hopefully he gets rid of that. And take the mantle as the world's greatest swordsman. And continue to be under Luffy.
Sanji:
Ok, for Sanji its fine if he continues to be the Chief and so on (though hopefully they hire other people and etc). BECAUSE, I think Sanji would make the perfect "Tactician". Since luffy is going to have a fleet, they need a tactician. And Sanji imo out of the Monster 3 is the perfect guy for being a Tactician. There are some people who believe Ussop is more fit for this spot, but imo no. Ussop's character is just too annoying and can't take him serious as a tactician, while Sanji has feats of a tactician. HE DOES WHAT Luffy and Zoro can NEVER do. See that right there is an important thing I want Oda to take full advantage of. Instead of having someone like Law, telling luffy strategy or w.e... It'd be much better if Oda just had Sanji take the strategist role. Also have him continue to be under Luffy.
The most annoying thing I hope oda takes out of Zoro and Sanji and Luffy:
- The annoying/stupid "0 sense of direction", becoming a complete idiot. Come on man, that is just plain out stupid. In the later chapters of one piece, this seems to be overused.
- Sanji's "Brock from pokemon" attitude, becoming a love beeetch. Though Oda has lessened it in the recent chapters, but oh god soo overused and annoying. Just takes away from his badassery.
- I feel as if Luffy in the starting of the series didn't seem as gullible as he seems now.
And of course the main thing I want to see in the future, this rematch needs to happen! Fists vs Sword:
^^^ I think luffy looks more "manly", for lack of better word, here compared to the recent chapters.
