Kaguya was beaten by DMS Kakashi, two rikoudo opponents and one herculean woman. But even then sealing her was the only true way of beating her. And a suppressed personality edo nagato mam handled KCM Naruto and Bee. Being an Edo doesn't bring the person back to 100%, inauthentic rinnegan and when the personality is suppressed they become even weaker. Sasuke is leagues stronger than nagato. And pein who isn't even the original body nor is he the original holder of the rinnegan destroyed konoha with a super charge Shinra Tensei and prin is vastly weaker to nagato and the power gap between pein and sasuke is a mammoth one. Sasuke doesn't need ah army to blow konoha to bits. Sasuke technically can just enslave people via rinnegan genjutsu and animal path summons if sasuke wanted an army that is. But if he had a white zetsu army five kage would neg that army, sasuke is turning evil without that other arm, but no Rinnegan user should EVER be unrestricted
