Why did Sasuke fall for his attack(Tht rock attack) he could have done many things to counter it

1- Sasuke could have turned into PS just like Madara did when he was getting sealed suggests tht Sasuke can turn into PS faster plus he has Rikudo Chakra

He was hit with that red chakra chain thing before they hit him with the rocks. It could be that the red chakra had the same effect as truth seeking orbs or could be truth seeker orbs turned to chakra, like how Toneri's orbs turned to green chakra. So that could prevented him from using his jutsu, bt he did pull out ribcage susanoo, but by then he was already getting burned by the heat, so he couldn't concentrate on his jutsu.

Eveyone was restricted to using taijutsu only. Look how easily Boruto finished the guy off with a huge rasengan.

I mean lets be real anybody with a rinnegan and higher is getting nerfed in some way, a rinnegan user using maximum capacity of their potential would be hax af. Only hagoromo can be unrestricted. Nagato isn't the original user and when he could he was Edo. Madara got nerfed, pein isn't even the original wielder, and sasuke definitely is getting nerfed.
