The thing is, TSB aren't formed with Bijuu chakra. It's proven that it's created from Six Path Senjutsu. The Data Book itself says that but we still have people saying Bijuu chakra creates Truth Seeking Balls :lol

KG isn't saying anything different from some of us.. All 9 bijuu = jubbi = hagoromo... The reason why Naruto needs all 9 bijuu is because he only have the yang part of Hagoromo chakra. He needs the yin and yang, that's why he needs the tail beast chakra to compensate for the yin that he's missing..

That doesn't really help much when all the ones who have had RSM and TSB have all had Juubi chakra.
Blossoming the RSM involves Juubi chakra so it would make sense if RSM users had something that involved said juubi chakra on their person.

Six Paths Sage Mode (六道仙人モード, Rikudō Sennin Mōdo), Sage Justu / Ninjutsu used by Naruto. Most of this page is too blurry to read, so I can only translate some of it.

The big header basically says it's a gift from the ancestor of shinobi that grants a supernatural mental state allowing for the complete, universal comprehension of all things.

From what I can make out of the main body of text, it says that this is a technique that allows the user to quickly grasp the nature of chakra with the skill of a well-studied, highly sensitive master. It also seems to have a bunch of philosphical stuff about the Sage of Six Paths which is hard to make out because I can only read about half of it.

Top caption says that the caster has an unconcious/automatic mastery of the Sage of Six Path's "ability to levitate" (浮遊する能力, fuyū suru nōryoku).

Second caption says, "Kicking a Truthseeker Orb! Surpassing Kurama Mode, his vast chakra lets him perform this risky stunt!"

Third caption says, "His reaction speed meets or exceeds that of Madara in his Ten Tails Jinchuriki Form. It's the height of sensory ability!"

That would be a lot more conclusive if Hagoromo's chakra didn't have so many parts I think Hagoromo's outer path simply allows him to hand out powers regardless of requirements :|

RSM = Rikudou Sage Mode.

by fan speculation, he's gotten stronger than RSM in Vote 2 but seeing naruto rusty as hell in gaiden and in boruto's movie, they've been getting nerfed lately.

His base form got better and he has full kurama
Rust don't mean shit when he can stand there mindlessly tanking attacks that'd kill others
Naruto improved for at least two years before he got rusty but retains all his powers but has less instinct

Basically think of old naruto as madara(skilled) and new naruto as kaguya(less skill more power but he still has way more skill than kaguya)
The rust is based on battle instinct
Naruto and Sasuke both got fishy about shin touching thw sword but took action too late
Hebi sasuke or even pain arc naruto would've noticed and took action in time
Doesn't mean they can beat current naruto and sasuke

rsm enhances your sagemode, allows you to levitate, and touch gudodamas without being effected by it.

@Bold All 9 Bijuu =/= Juubi. Bijuu + The Gedo Mazo = The juubi =Hagoromo. All Six paths sage mode is Naruto using his rikudo senjutsu from hagoromo. The one with the TSB, is RSM + BM. Which is why he has a chakra cloak etc etc

Edit: OP, while I haven't seen Boruto the movie yet, I can tell you that the form used at VOTE was the product of Naruto's Tailed Beast Mode, combined with Rikudo senjutsu. Just like the last it appears Naruto has been nerfed & is not showing his full power. (Gudodama, Six paths cloak, Ashura avatar) so some sort of BSM with rikudo chakra like in the last.

He flew in the last though, most came to the consensus rikudo chakra was mixed in there (to fly)

The difference is quite simple. In gaiden and the boruto movie, Naruto used RSM in conjunction with Kurama chakra only. Back during the war Naruto used RSM in conjunction with all bijuu chakra which granted him a distinct form similar to juubi jins and it aslo granted him gudodama.
