Exactly as the title states, what is RSM? Whats the difference between the version Naruto uses at Vote 2 and the one he uses in Boruto the movie(besides Aesthetics)

by fan speculation, he's gotten stronger than RSM in Vote 2 but seeing naruto rusty as hell in gaiden and in boruto's movie, they've been getting nerfed lately.

Yeah so his enhanced senjustsu allows him to enter sage mode with the orange marks and his cloak depends on whether he has all 9 bjuu chakra?

He has them. Their chakra just doesn't disappear, it just need time to re-charge. All the time that has passed from part 2 until gaiden, he never used it so there's no need to ''gather'' to be at 100% because he never used after the fight in vote2. Anyways movies always do that. No matter how powerful the main character is, the director, who's making the movie, will make a villain that will actually compete against the mc in a unreasonable way or nerf the main character to the point is going against manga logic.

The ability to full access to the bijuu chakra, TSB, and the symbols on Naruto's back differentiate the RSM from VoTE2 and Gaiden.

Naruto in Gaiden and the Boruto movie are still utilizing RSM, but Naruto is just not connected to the other 8 bijuu. Naruto still having the other bijuu chakra enable him to connect with the bijuu via ninshuu, he just hasn't chosen to and without that connection Naruto can't use all of his abilities from taking on Madara and Kaguya

All chakra comes from Kaguya/ Shinjuu. So it would make sense for Hagoromo and Hamura to be born with their mother's power. Them obtaining bijuu chakra would pretty much be just piling on more of the same chakra that they were born with so I don't really get how that proves that TSB aren't related to the bijuu chakra when the juubi/ bijuu chakra puts u on the same level as Hagoromo and Hamura. :wut: giving u RSM and TSB

Isn't it possible that Bijuu chakra upgrades RSM seeing how without the 9 bijuu chakra Naruto's chakra isn't on the same level as Hagoromo

Not sure how the hell he uses RSM in the movie. It's essentially SM with Six Path's chakra, albeit the added perks.

Damn alot of convulting theories running in that thread, just more proof that Kishi rushed the ending of manga.

Anyway so its seems Naruto's current mode is RSM+Kyuubi Chakra.

I mean it is easy to see y ppl would think TSB is related to bijuu chakra if Naruto's chakra mode before comprised of all nine bijuu and now that he is only using Kurama the TSB don't appear then it seems only natural that ppl would point out the missing variable as the reason for the lack of TSB which is the bijuu chakra (not stating that Naruto doesn't have bijuu chakra by the way just not the way he had it when facing Kaguya)

It is possible that just like Rinnegan is enhanced with Juubi chakra, RSM becomes enhanced as well. Unlike Hamura and Hagoromo Naruto doesn't constantly maintain that power of chakra and can't reach that power without help from the 9 bijuu.

Not sure beyond that honestly. I believe RSM Is just Hagoromo's powers with Sage Mode.

Six Paths Sage Mode (六道仙人モード, Rikudō Sennin Mōdo), Sage Justu / Ninjutsu used by Naruto. Most of this page is too blurry to read, so I can only translate some of it.

The big header basically says it's a gift from the ancestor of shinobi that grants a supernatural mental state allowing for the complete, universal comprehension of all things.

From what I can make out of the main body of text, it says that this is a technique that allows the user to quickly grasp the nature of chakra with the skill of a well-studied, highly sensitive master. It also seems to have a bunch of philosphical stuff about the Sage of Six Paths which is hard to make out because I can only read about half of it.

Top caption says that the caster has an unconcious/automatic mastery of the Sage of Six Path's "ability to levitate" (浮遊する能力, fuyū suru nōryoku).

Second caption says, "Kicking a Truthseeker Orb! Surpassing Kurama Mode, his vast chakra lets him perform this risky stunt!"

Third caption says, "His reaction speed meets or exceeds that of Madara in his Ten Tails Jinchuriki Form. It's the height of sensory ability!"
