Momoshiki seems to be much better than Kaguya

Well actually Boruto/Sasuke defeated Momoshiki at full power, the scene gets cuts off but in the movie scientists throw their chakra attacks at him and he absorb their power and is healed right after Naruto/Sasuke defeat him.

In the end he was defeated by a father/son Rasengan

No. Kaguya stranded Sasuke in a desert and froze him and Naruto in ice. Overall. I think Momo was handled a bit easier and Kaguya almost killed them a few more times via portals, gravity, acid/lava & ash bones.

Plus Kaguya had to deal with Kakashi, Sakura & Obito.

From an entertainment standpoint yes but Kaguya flexed way harder then Momo, she was manipulating gravity, dimensions & weather elements in a blink of an eye.
