It didn't give Naruto Shunshin, Naruto been had shunshin. It made him faster, thus it increased his speed. Minato feats puts him high.
If I give Choji V2 Raiton Cloak does that make him faster than V2 Ay if all Ay did was stand around and watch him fight the mini Jubis? No. He was already superior in base. Give them the same boost and he'll still be superior.
Out of the characters in the poll, 7th gated Gai has the best shunshin feat so I'd give it to him. He's also the fastest on foot considering he could dance with juubidara.

Zetsu already saw top tier speeds from the likes of Sasuke, Itachi, etc yet said Ay was incredibly fast, something he never said about anyone else, and Ay was base. He was sitting behind the table and got to the middle of the room and theres no motion shown like Cee and Darui hopping over the table. Not to mention Choji was ranked 2 in speed in DB3, which is below average.... No way is he even close to Ays speed but you knew this already and are arguing for the sake of it now.

Didn't know about base Ei feat. So my bad. Still doesn't change the fact that v1/v2 and kcm are different techniques. One boosts speed, the other granted Naruto a new power(s).

You know what I find very very funny...How you brought this up but then take Gaara's statement about Gai as nothing. Gaara had seen many speedsters yet still made emphasis on Gai's movements. Yet that means nothing but this does for some unknown reason in his base smh.

And that is irrelevant because Kishi stated Ay is the fastest man alive well after 7G was revealed. Kishi stated Minato isn't good in SM because he never really used it. That is a fact. However what happened in the manga contradicts that because Minato went into SM after he threw his kunai because he had to stay still. That destroys Kishi statement that it takes him too long to enter the mode but obviously the author didn't mean it that way. He does whatever he has to make the story work because he doesn't care if the feats don't add up to his statements because he's not writing the story for characters to be put in versus discussions and he needed Minato to do that, just like he needed Gai to be on Madaras ass like that but that doesn't invalidate his statement that Ay is the fastest man alive, just like what Minato did doesn't invalidate Kishi saying he's bad at SM.
Also, I measly got that feat from base Ay because it was the easiest to find when he was first introduced and only to show that clown Base Ay > Base Choji in speed. I didn't have to use that one though. Gaaras statement means exactly what he stated, Gai bodily movements were inhuman which is a fact because humans can only use 20% of their bodies real ability and the Gates removes those limits, but that doesn't mean he's faster than Ay.
