Sasuke's battle sense's (gaiden)

Honestly, this isn't really that important, just something I noticed and wanted to point out since everyone was talking about Naruto's battle sense's being off in gaiden.

In this sequence Sasuke makes a ridiculous mistake:

Instead of waiting until the last second right before little shin stabbed him and then switching places with big shin so he would get stabbed in the back by little shin Sasuke instead decides to switch with little shin and shoot a fireball. This was just inefficient and tactically inept. Or if Sasuke didn't want him stabbed, he could of waited until little shin almost hit him and then switched so his fireball wouldn't have to travel as far and it would hit both of them. Sasuke was off his game just as much as Naruto.

I wouldn't say they were both off of their game, but they just haven't had real threats to deal with. I mean no one really appeared close to that 'level' they stand on before Momoshiki and Kinishiki.

And they still haven't fought yet considering Sasuke holds his marked headband. I sort of think of it like what happened to Gohan, except they didn't really power down. Their mentality in battle dwindled a tad.

Did you even read what I wrote? All I'm saying is Sasuke should of switched later than he did or switched with big shin instead. That literally has nothing to do with him being weakened, as he could still shift.

Yeah Naruto/Sasuke made a bet on the today's society version of "what it means to be a shinobi".

Naruto said that "Times are changing basically", but Sasuke said that the meaning of shinobi stayed consistent with the old era. The bet was displayed through Boruto, which started off with Naruto winning (since Boruto used technology to cheat in the exams). But at the end of the movie Boruto realized what it meant to be a true shinobi, and then Sasuke claimed the winning title.

No it won't be a fight. And Sasuke said he won over a conflict they had about a topic.

Sasuke gameplan was to hit both with the fireball jutsu, hence his swapping with lil shin. However, big shin had a ability to manipulate weapons he touched and of course sasuke didn't know about this. Sasuke wanted to take them in alive not potentially kill them.

They were both rusty, battles senses were dull for both of them. No way War Arc Naruto would have been stabbed in KCM and EMS Sasuke not seen a seal on his hand. Funny enough, Naruto warned Sasuke not to let his guard down, and the next scan they both do.

Sasuke was trying to injure them to take them captive to get some info i'm arguing that there was a more efficient way to do that. If you read my scenario Sasuke not knowing about shin's ability is irrevelant. All i'm saying is he should swap a couple seconds later so his attacks have a better chance of landing this would work on ANYONE.

Sasuke shot a fireball at them, read my second scenario. He could of waited to switch until right before he was hit, then he would be directly behind them and his fireball would of hit them both, or he could use nagashi since he'd be directly behind them, What Sasuke did was inefficient. That's all i'm arguing.

Fire ball jutsu is a mid-range, long-range jutsu so I doubt he's gonna use at point blank. Beside his attack was large enough to hit both of them. Shin senior couln't dodge it so he used Shin Jr as meat shield with his ability and that was his only choice, w/o it he got baked. They both got hit, only Shin Jr took most of the fire damage while Shin senior got hit when the jutsu pushed them on the ground.
Sure there could have been another way but he was in the air and he couln't use most of his arsenal.
Normally Sasuke should have finished this when Shin was on the ground but he got inside the Kurama avatar's head.:dunno:

Though this guy has many mangyeko sharingan, it shouldn't be a surprise for him to grab it at close-range and in mid-air on top of that. Although I cant beleive it, how Sakura was able to get him.
