The thing is that Rinnegan steams from Kaguya's Rinne Sharingan... Momo is from the Otsutsuki but Hagoromo was the one have it thanks to his mother...

lol, I've seen more theories on her being connected to Senju, and that's what the diagram suggests. It's nothing more than speculation/fanfic though yes.
