I was just wondering what if madara uchiha come back to life and sasuke dies because of some sickness so what happen now will adult naruto be able to beat madara or not ? What do you guys think about it?

How was he immortal and bz killed him lol and unlike kaguya senjutsu works on madara the multi rasenshuriken barrage does extreme damage to him also he can make a 1000 clones like he did against kaguya and his clones are already seen to match limbo madara has 5 limbo clones 1000 > 5 also again Naruto has senjutsu his moves affect madara his stone fist move can also cause massive damage . Plus his chakra reserves have doubled with full kurama Naruto is very much strong enough his only problem is IT

Catalyst or not, does not change anything. Only Zetsu, the will of Kaguya, had the ability to ""transform"" Madara.

BZ did not kill Madara.

Not really, Naruto might have techniques to fight on par with Madara but Madara's Limbos can use PS and as stated in the DB his Limbo clones have all the powers of the original meaning all the Rinnegan techs. 1000 > 5? You believe JJ Madara can't use more clones when his weaker version was able to use multiple clones with Susanoo now imagine him with more chakra and Limbos with equal power. Not saying your wrong but your obviously downplaying Madara.
