I want you to put your hand up channeling lightning chakra causing lightning to bolt down to you. Once done I then want you to release that gathered lightning chakra and shoot it towards me in a lightningbolt manner

I want you to manipulate a pool of water to form under me, quickly manipulating it to shape into an orb of water. This orb of water will trap me, causing me unable to move, while you can freely use other techniques

I raise my hand into the air gathering lightning chakra around causing a bolt of lightning to come down to my hand, then releasing the lightning gathered aroind my hand towards you in the form of a lightning bolt striking and electrocuting you.

Once done i then release water chakra placing around you in the form of a pool of water, manipulating it to quickly form an orb of water around you effectively trapping you.

About the water jutsu, can this be performed without a water source? I assume you can but I'd rather ask and know that just guess at it.

I start by raising my hand into the air before me, stopping infront of myself and begin charging lightning based chakra into it, once at an adequate power i release it from my hand in the form of a large lightning bolt, directing it to clash against your torso electrocuting you with ease.

I began by releasing water chakra into the air, directing it underneath you, using shape manipulation to form it into a sizable pool of water that i further manipulate to encompass around you in the form of a tight sphere of water hindering your movements and drowning you at the same time.

Another very simple technique. with the help of the 3 handseals, you will spew out a powerful jet of water. Strong enough to deal mild damage, but not enough to destroy..

Opening up my palm i focus raiton chakra in it, once at good level i manipulate it to take the form of a whip, grabbing it by the end i whip it around a couple times.

Performing the Dragon, Tiger, Hare handseals and focus a large amount of water chakra in my mouth, releasing it in the form of a powerful jet of water easily knocking over heavy objects.

Description: The user will slam their hands against then ground allowing him/her to summon a massive amount of water from the sky, crushing it into the opponent. If needed, the user can cancel the technique in an instant.
Note: The water needs to be summoned at least 10 meters above the opponent to have any real effect.

One of the more used water techniques. By slamming your hands on the ground you create a large waterfall from above your opponent. In order for this to pin down onto your opponent it needs to be summoned 10 meters or above. Anything less will simply just be like a nice shower.. UNLESS used in conjuction with some customs. This can be distinguished in multiple ways. The most used is the shadow from below and the noise of water

Sorry for the LATE reply

but it actually is a supplementary technique. The offensive part comes in handy cause it is offensive. It just doesn't do any damage. But you are right in thinking this acts like a supplementary jutsu.

Pretty simple and easy technique. Standing on any water source, you can submerge in the water to go undetected. The water can be as big as an ocean or as small as a puddle. Your body takes no shape or form since your body is technically in a water state. This can work against you if a lightning tech is used and dojutsu and sensory ninjas can see you

Description: The user performs the snake hand seal and creates a large volume of water from their mouth spilling it toward the ground and lifting them up into the air. The user can also ride the wave, allowing him to travel at high speeds and attacking the enemy. The user can create a small ocean worth of water even in barren conditions and can use the water for additional techniques.

One of my favorite techniques. Using the snake handseal you will spew out large waves of water in the form of a small ocean. This water is so large in volume that it lifts the user up and even changes the terrain causing it to actually resemble a small ocean. This can actually be used for other water techniques as a water source. While also crashing into your opponent dealing damage.
