cause you see i was thinking of this long after sarutobi sealed oro's hands you have to seal your soul to, so if the RDS sealed the fox minato could have not pop on naruto's mine right? cause his soul is sealed to in the belly of the demon god with the fox so he was using a different seal, then in the past few chaps naruto said that its a four element seal.
or in the other side what if its kushina is the one that used the RDS to seal the fox and minato just help her to separate the yin and yang of the chakra or minato sealed the fox into kushina with her help thats why she hates minato for it....

You might have a point, but then I realised one thing.
Kakashi has four elements due to his sharingan. Kakuzu and Nagato had all five elements. Yes, it is unlikely for someone to have 4 elements unless there is some special condition, and Minato can't have had 4. I doubt a smiling Kushina would be her hatred towards anything, let alone her husband and the father of their son. And Minato certainly sacrificed himself to seal the fox into Naruto - that is one of the basic cornerstones for the manga. Don't believe Wikipedia Naruto...Kakashi does not have four elements, but three. He is not a true Uchija. In the manga is never shown that he has four, but rather in the anime.
I think the second seal was something orochimaru put on while he was in the genin exams, and then Jiraya released it in the water walking training

Will Madara wait for Kisame or instead attack Five Kages Alliance without Kisame? AKatsuki are strong enough because of the their Tailed beasts collection.
Akatsuki is definitively strong, but it would be Madara controlling 7 bijuu, and I am sure there are risks. I actually think they are at a disadvantage. For once, the kage team is much bigger with plenty of powerful ninja. Also, Madara can't really count on Kabuto since the latter's hidden agenda is to destroy him. I know Akatsuki is a powerful team, even more so that Sasuke has EMS, but they are still at a disadvantage...
