Wrong. if you look closer, nearly all main characters are not the strongest and don't always get what they want.
1. Yusuke from yu yu hakusho lost his final fight.
2. Gon from hunter x hunter, we learned despite how powerful he is, there are a lot of people stronger than him.
3. Goku from dragonball z, lost to Mewtwo.
4. Fairy tails, we know he ain't the strongest
5. Luffy, we know he ain't strongest.
4. Inuyasha, we know he ain't the strongest
5. ichigo, bleach...We know he ain't the strongest. But we all know how his fights gonna play out lol. Dude be getting a power up out of the ass, but at least his power up has a mean side effect or create a new problem.
6. Rurouni Kenshin, we know he ain't the strongest, but have to learn a secret technique that would ALLOW him to beat anybody.

You get it. These characters are great because they are not the strongest or destined for something. When you watch a Naruto movie or a fight, we all know that naruto gonna win or have things end on his terms. This is the number one reason why a lot of people don't like the character Naruto. Too damn linear and we all know the outcome of the fight. Then on top of that, He got the most chakra. What main character in anime/manga have the most chakra/energy,spiritual pressure/nen like that? That's stupid.

Nobody can't follow in the same footstep as naruto due to unrealistic his chakra pool is.

And ichigo be getting new power ups like crazy. Naruto we been knew he had 9 tails from beginning and that eventually he gonna learn to control it nothing new. Honestly, i didn't even want to put fairy tail up there. That show is all about the power of friendship. Shit is ass on so many levels. But that natsu vs gildarts fight in the cave was the only best moment of the whole show.

Like seriously i can already tell how powerful that kid is gonna become. New chapters came out he one shotted Blunote the guy that gave trouble to Gildarts and we also know that hes END the most powerful demon created to destroy the most powerful known Zeref. I love the fights but the feelings sht get old sometimes. Erza be having one of the worst ones too especially against Azuma
