Why would he take out the WG first?

He gets extremely close to becoming PK, along with Teach and others, WG try to intervene to prevent it, war breaks out, Luffy comes out victorious, fights Teach for PK title.

obviously the leader of the celestial dragons. i mean they cant all be useless scum like the ones shown so far. the descendants of D are supposed to be their greatest enemy (I'm assuming because they are remnants of the great kingdom lost in the void century) so it would make sense for luffy and a few of the D's to fight some insanely powerful celestial dragon

BB, mainly because I like that he behaves more like a real pirate than anyone else and i think that similarity of being a pirate but also being an opposite to luffy makes BB a good villain.

But last one for Luffy to beat will be Akainu and that will happen during that destined 'War' against WG...
