How bad does sasuke's portal affect him?

iirc from gaiden. Sasuke's doujutsu got reduced to three tomoe and a simple rinnegan, temporary loss of susanoo and seemed to be slower.

Am i missing anything else?

It just takes a lot of chakra when he uses it more than twice but it has no effect on his physical condition, proven when he could teleport through Kamui hole but Naruto's RSM clones couldn't.
