So why didnt sasuke use Preta path against Momoshiki??

The attack that Sasuke got caught in was basically a bunch of rocks encasing him (similar to CT). Those rocks were then super heated around Sasuke until they exploded.

Sasuke didn't use preta because preta doesn't absorb rocks :|

Sasuke never said anything about losing access to other rinnegan abilities when he's weakened, it's just something that the fans had assumed ,and him being able to use ameno completely negates the possibility of him not being able to use the paths because he was "weakened"
