The burning rocks couldn't be absorbed cause they are objects that have been ignited there would be no chakra to absorb to stpp the burning at that point. That along with the pressure of the rocks could prevent absorbtion

Naruto didn't heal him. I think Sasuke absorbed some of Kurama's chakra to heal himself. Idk. I have to look into it.

He put his hand on him closed his eyes screamed and made chakra appear on sasuke than he was okay.
