... But mainly Bleach

So I've been watching bleach and I'm on season 2 episode 18

Personally I hate watching anime, I prefer to read manga (except for Naruto fights)

I have a lot of questions lol so bear with me. Not one person has to answer all the questions. One person can answer one question

So...

1. I'm absolutely in love with Bleach right now even though it's still early in the show. Is it better to watch or read? Animes usually drag shows on, making them longer and much more irritating to watch (like dbz and naruto sometimes) but I can't tell if Bleach does that b/c I've only watched it

2. Is the power scale from Bleach comparable to Naruto's? I've seen discussions where people scale characters' power the same way some scale the characters' from Naruto's
i.e.
"How strong is (someone from bleach) ?"
"I'd say mid to high level captain"
Which characters are stronger? NV or Bleach... Verse? :dunno:

3. Is this something I should invest my time in or does this show/manga turn to crap?

4. Do Chad and the girl from Ichigo's school (sorry, i only learn the names by reading and i watch this soo..) turn out to be some kind of other spirit beings like Soul Reapers or Quincys(spellcheck)? I hope so :bouncy:

5. Before I even got into Bleach I saw the name Aizen a lot on NB but he dies. Is he important later? Does he come back?

I know finding some of these things out might kind of ruin the show for me but I want to know so thanks to anyone that helps. :yeah:

I think it was great and I prefer to watch it. The anime has stopped though but the manga is still going.

I guess you can say that the captains are the kages.

Thanks, I'll keep watching it.

I'm gonna assume that the lieutenants are like jonin then?

Bleach anime has confusing filler here and there, but it's good.

Bleach has tons of fillers, so it's advisable to look up an episode guide. If you're going to watch any fillers, the only ones I'd recommend are the Bount Arc and the Gotei 13 Invading Army Arc. Those are decent fillers. Otherwise, the anime has decent pacing.

The powerscaling in Bleach is comparable, I'd say. As for comparing the two, Bleach and Naruto have about equal powerscales.

Bleach definitely isn't as good as it used to be, but it's still decent. Really isn't anything special at all.

Aizen is the main villain for a majority of the series. I won't spoil anything that happens to him, as you'll enjoy watching the story unfold in regards to him and the rest of the series. Aizen is the main villain in the anime, but the manga is further of course so if you decide to read the manga after, simply pick up from chapter 480 when you've finished the anime to the last episode and enjoy.

Power scale is more out of control in bleach than in naruto.

4. Yes Chad turned out not to be the only one of his kind, but Inoue's power seems somewhat unique iirc.
5. Aizen..........
3.The show does not turn to crap, but what crap is exactly, is subjective.

Read it don't watch it. The anime is riddled with crapped fillers to the point where it had to get taken of the air.

lol good luck getting through the Vampire filler and the other long filler arcs
I'd say read it, especially since the Anime gets canned later on

Bleach is awesome, their current powers are far beyond anything in NV. Infact Final Getsuga Ichigo & Butterflaizen are beyond NV. Currently bleach >>> NV, Juha Bach GG. :)
