Easy. Kaguya wield both 9 tomoes Sharingan and Byakugan. Rinnegan stated by Kakashi as mutated eyes. Hagoromo get the rinnegan from someone that have 9 Tomoes Sharingan and Byakugan. Thats mean its not to far fetched to say Indra get diluted eye of Rinnegan but in the form of Sharingan. Why? Because Hagoromo obtained Tomoes less eyes from Kaguya, thats mean that tomoes can appeared back when we think about gene spreading concept.

Hashirama gets its from no one. He was the first and only human with Mokuton ability as shown in manga. Other people were using his DNA to get that ability.

Sage Body is body of Juubi jin. Thats mean Obito body is Juubi jin body and Madara also. You make it sound special to sage only when Madara and Obito also can be JJ.

Juubi never used any Mokuton tho. Its Obito who channeled his Mokuton ability through Juubi body. Juubi only used TenPenchi and TBB unless he turned into Shinju. And JJ can used wide variety of abilities including TSB.

Other thing just your speculation/assumption until proven otherwise. Why I need to counter an assumption/speculation.
