cuz Sasuke still had his Rinnegan?

& where'd the other beasts go when Sasuke Chibaku Tenseid them before their clash?

Yeah this is basically it. There was nothing that said owning those fragments was permanent & he burned himself out during the Sasuke fight. He had no reason to ask them for power & I doubt he'd want to pester them.

Because you cant argue about this matter. You're not controlling this series. You just a reader like me free reader if I want to say. How do you know you're right and other person was wrong and vice versa.

There's no proof that naruto lost or still has RSM. As a reader we can only say that he has them until proven otherwise. Remember that RSM is a combination of all bijuu's chakra + rikudou. And when it goes out of stock, it just need time to recharge like a battery.
