Do Androids keep appearing in "past" timelines?

We know of 3 timelines. 2 future ones, and one present. Trunks saved the present and eventually went back to his time and destroyed cell and the androids. The furthest future timeline is screwed as everyone including Trunks died, however there are no more androids.

But how about the past, back further than present Goku's timeline. Won't the androids still spawn and end up creating a world just like Future Trunks'? Trunks only really saved one past timeline. This is however assuming there are more re past timelines which I don't see a reason for there not to be. Maybe after Trunks finished he made it his duty to always go back in time to a different timeline and take care of the androids without bothering the Z warriors? Has further past ever been mentioned in the manga or show?

There's only one trunks going back, but you get the Main timeline where Goku doesn't take the medicine, and the branch timeline where he does, both with Trunks. So for every past timeline, there is an alternate Trunks to show up and warn everyone with the exception of the original when Androids kill everyone.

I don't understand. Then how do you explain the third timeline where everyone dies including Trunks who was going back in time to explain to the z warriors how to defeat the androids? He was then interrupted by fully grown Cell.

It's seriously confusing. Best i can tell is:

Ordinary Timeline: Goku kills Frieza, Dies, Androids kill everyone. Trunks goes back to P1 and P2
P1: Trunks arrives, gives Goku medicine, Kill Androids, Trunks aquires blueprints and destroys Androids in F1, but not Cell. Cell comes back to P2
P2: Trunks and Cell come back, Goku doesn't take medicine, Cell is destroyed as a baby, Cell games happen, Trunks returns to F2
F2: Trunks kills Cell and the Androids.

It's ****ed up.

Well there's the one where Perfect Cell came from and those Androids are still there from what I can tell. The same Cell that killed a different Mirai Trunks and took his machine and went back like 4 years before the Android Attack that the Z Fighters are preparing for.

Nah Trunks destroyed those androids with a remote and was going back in time explaining how to do it I believe. That's why cell came back because he couldn't absorb 17 and 18 there since they were dead.
