Red Ribbons - Dragon Ball ( I like it, it just my less FV Arc DBZ ) - DB
Introduction Arc ( I thinks it's called Strawberry Arc) - Bleach
Jubi Arc - Naruto
Introduction Arc of Ussop - OP

Also the Ninja war Arc was not 200 Chapters. It ended where Obito got want he wanted, The Ten Tail. That Arc Is called the Jubi Arc. Then when Madara become the Ten tail Host that arc is called the Infinite Tysuyoni Arc ( last arc)
