What do you mean it doesn't matter? Full Intel heightens the W/L ratio for both sides. Kisame will know Jinton is coming, and will counter reasonably as I said before: "Linear, straightforward GSB to clear spacing." I'm only arguing about Kisame being able to survive a Jinton, I'm not saying he can win the MU because personally I do not know.

But Jinton he can survive.

You don't see nor get how GSB works bro. Its a linear attack that he has to keep active and stable going forward only! That leaves Onoki who is just as fast as full speed Deidara in the air to side step NO DIFF in the air then fire jinton on a sitting duck Kisame. GSB is a non factor 100%,

1. It is a linear attack, any one with speed side steps
2. It has to be charged then fired
3. Leaves him wide open and stuck in pose (fact)

Onoki is faster based on feats in the sky and doesn't need just Jinton. Why would he fire jinton into GSB if it's full knowledge? He fires Jinton fatser then GSB. Also add these facts

1. He needs water already in the area then needs to charge to fire
2. Jinton or earth style gets rid of all water no diff

now with them two facts and it being full intel How would water even last when if he attempts Water shock wave he's wide open for Jinton Beam that not only gets rid of every molecule of water that comes out of his small mouth but posibly kills him that the same time since he cannot preform handsigns whiel using Shock wave.

Basically no water would ever be a option. Thus GSB is impossible with out water already in the area, which Onoki would never allow.

Simple a bad match up, onoki wins every time with or with out intel.

Yea it's an overrated Jutsu that has many draw backs. Gaara who could create Giant holes in the ground to drain all water into the very earth itself would get rid of all water thus making his would be lakes mud puddles thus Gaara beats him every time a well. etc etc
