Boruto's giant rasengan too strong?

It one shotted the final villain of the naruto series into oblivion. Not only that but it overpowered momokin's bijuudama. That was a stronger version of the one he used at the chunin exam stadium. Momo's bijuudama apparently damaged PS head + kurama head combo and it pulverized naruto's rikudou full kurama avatar. I might be wrong on this part tho.

Is bolt's rasengan just that strong or was powered by pnj?

Actually no, because if I recall correctly, Gohan started off with his own Kamehameha, clashed with Cell, started to get overpowered by Cell, and THEN Goku powers up Gohan's Kamehameha, thus managing to overpower Cell

While Naruto was helping Bolt actually do the Rasengan, Goku merely gave him confidence, and told him not to worry. Then actually rereading the fight, I realized that was completely Gohan's power, with Goku driving him in the right direction
