Ever have a paranormal experience?

Couple of weeks ago I went to sleep and I woke up at 4 AM for no particular reason but here is the thing. I woke up but I couldn't move at all. It was sleep paralysis. At first I was trying to move but then a snake or a mini dragon came from my back and then he or it said my name and then he showed me my aunt sleeping (she was sleeping in another room). That thing told me that he's killing her slowly and painfully (she had a stroke last year). After he said that, he proceeds to stab her in the back with a knife, smiling and I started crying and I told him to stop doing it. He just kept doing it for a while. When he stopped he said my name and he stared at me for 10 minutes.

After those 10 minutes passed my brother, who was playing CS:GO, he started talking way too high in the microphone, so somehow it woke me up and I was allowed to move and that thing disappeared.

That was an horrible experience. I went to my parents room after that happened and I was shaking for 5 minutes straight.

And everyone was asleep, and I woke up in the middle of the night. I was suddenly wide awake for no reason but I just sat there. After a few minutes I had an overwhelming sense of dread. It's hard to describe. I felt like I had to get out of there at that instant. But after I moved a little, sonething made me stop. I dont know why but I got so scared I froze up. It wasn't sleep paralysis because I know I had already been moving. It felt like something was all around the room and I decided to lay down and hope it was my imagination. I tried to force myself back to sleep (but I was so scared and wide awake I couldnt, plus I can never really intentionally go to sleep for some reason) I layed there for a few seconds, and you know how when your eyes are closed your vision is black? Well it got all grayish white and blurry and it's like all I heard was loud ringing, and I could feel myself trying to scream for my friend to wake up but I couldn't speak or move for at least a full minute. Finally I regained control of my body and tried to wake my friend up, but I was too scared to even move still. I managed to get under the cover and play on my phone all night.

Goddamn that's horrifying.. I have a fear of sleep paralysis. Every night before I go to sleep I think "welp, hope this doesn't happen to me."

I know and the first 3 days, after that event happened, I couldn't sleep at all...Heck I didn't even try to sleep. When my parents sent me to go sleep, I told them ''Hell NO!''

I hope it doesn't happen to me anymore nor anybody. It's really terrifying.

Whenever I hear these noises, I literally run to the light switch to check if there was somebody inside my room (even tho that's not possible since I'm alone in the apartment currently). Of course I couldn't find anything. Creeps me out :|

A few, yes. I used to conduct intention experiments, all being successfull when intense focus was applied.

1. Dragged by my arm off my bed by somethting. Felt it's presence beforehand, it's intent and saw it's shape and vague facial features
2. Seeing auras and undescribable 4D matrix stuff when entering the alpha state when looking at myself in the mirror

Being so synchronised with my gf that we instantly know and feel each other's current mental state when something is up.

Those "things" cannot harm you or your aunt physically. However, it can scar people mentally. I guess it's harvesting your fear/low vibrations for whatever purpose. Maybe to keep your inner eye immature and unused, closed off from inner subtle realities.
