Obviously otherwise genjutsu wouldve being enough to neg naruto in a fight too bad even without being a jin he negs a certain someone you know who

No one is completely immune to all types of genjutsu. Bee simply meant that a bijuu can break its host out the genjutsu before it gets bad, that however doesn't make them immune, a genjutsu like tsukiyomi would still theoretically rape jinchurkies.
