Based off what? KB runs Itachi follows him KB stops and tries to go BM and gets hit with Totsuka. Pain outran 6tailed Naruto. Kisame reacted to v2 KB from about 15ft.
Lol, what speed feat puts Itachi anywhere near V2 Killer Bee, or any V2 Jin for that matter? I'd like to hear it.

] Never said that Itachi could blitz Kisame i was just pointing out v2 Killer bee's speed and how he's not going to be able to get far away from Itachi if he decides to run or at least get out of Totsuka range.Alright, I'll agree that Bee was already in movement. However since you agree that Bee is faster, he can just keep running until Itachi is far behind him. Totsuka's range is nothing special, whereas Bee can nuke Itachi with Bijuu Dama from miles away if he needs to.

You cannot be this dense. Like, literally any stupid motherf*cker should be able to grasp this painfully simple concept, but you are not getting it. So I'll break it down for you.
Killer Bee enters V2 and starts running away. Itachi tries following him but he is to slow so he falls behind. Bee keeps on running until he feels like he's put enough space between himself and Itachi. Then he enters BM and forms a Bijuu Dama. Something he can do in like 5 seconds. Then he nukes Itachi with four rapid fire Bijuu Dama.
Now, if you have a problem with the strategy presented above, I want you to highlight it and explain your issue with it. Itachi simply can't get Bee in range if he runs far away enough.

You didn't prove it can stretch and we barely even discussed it because I got into it with someone else and didn't reply to you. You have no proof Totsuka can stretch. Nothing states it can change its form, like Yata. It not having a real physical form doesn't mean it's form can become anything. It's not the Kusanagi and it being a variant of it doesn't mean it gets its ability. You showed a scan Itachi cutting Orochimaru with Totsuka and claiming it extended, when it didn't.

I would love to know how Killer Bee is faster then Itachi when he failed to track Itachi's shunshin not once, but twice. If Bee is somehow significantly faster, then he shouldn't even be able to keep up with himself and properly see where he is going - which is obviously not the case. Also, the fact that Kisame showed no indication of being incapable of tracking V2 Bee's movements, and even was capable of moving his arms to shield himself with Samehada. Then we have Itachi's sharingan precog which should predict Bee's intentions of running away before he even does it.

Totsuka expansion blitz 2 opponents one of which was Nagato who reacted to v2 Bee by activating Preta path[
