yes and if this thread was like luffy g2,3 vs tashigi/hina everyone would say negg/low diff.and after time skip i think most people agree that sanji's VA level despite his bad showing after Time skip surely hes' not 3 ranks below VA.I know that not all people in the same Rank are not equal.exp:vergo was stronger then smoker by a good bit and there's a big power differnce between the shibukai's.but still coby being captian suggest he's either captian level or just a bit more stronger so there's no way luffy or sanji'll have anymore trouble with him.

But its true. Garp only told him about the haki basics, not trained him for two years, he came back fuusha island. And still knowing this people are trying to make him upto luffy's level which is completely bullshit. It's like mihawk trained zoro so zoro is already the worlds best swordsman.

Probably Lucci level pre-timeskip. His goal is to advance in rank if he was as strong as most people think he is he'd be a higher rank than captain it's not like Smoker who chose to stay a Captain because he doesn't care about rank.

I hope he's vice admiral by now. I know that seems like a big jump but after his traumatising experience at the Marineford war I think he would've redoubled his efforts and learned at least basics of haki usage and control (as we know he awoke CoO haki during the war). He and helmeppo will probably get a lot more time with Garp now tjat he has retired.

This is a tough one for me. If in less than one year he went from a 0 to that cat claw guy level at least, then in two he should be farther than luffy pre skip. But at the same time, he is only a captain and they were wrecking captains pre skip, such as t bone and Morgan, so I don't think him being a captain is a good way to scale home because the difference between smoker t bone and Morgan is rather large. So I would have to say he falls somewhere around a pacifists, maybe a bit lower or higher. Probably higher. Basically I don't think luffy could one shot coby using gear 2 but he definitely could using gear 4.

That's a huge underestimation of his strength. Luffy was able to one shot a pacifista (who is stronger than Jabara/kaku) casually. I'm pretty sure Coby is stronger than that.

OT: I would want to say around the level of strength as Tashigi. Who knows what kind of training Garp put Coby through the TS. I expect him to obviously know the basics of haki so that alone puts him above the likes of pre-TS CP9. I'm not saying he can push Luffy to mid diff but I doubt he would get one-shot'd casually again.

It's bs, My assumption is based on the fact that we had a two year time skip and within that time the Sea who wanted to get stronger got stronger and the same should go for a coby who really wished to get as strong as luff plus the guy as boshouku haki and that stuff is kinda op so theoretically placing him on Sanji's level seems logical
