It's very strange how they didn't discuss the Zetsu Army right after the war

Does anybody else think it's weird how it took them so many years to realize that the army could be for an enemy of Kaguya that's more powerful than her? Black Zetsu flat out said it was for a battle. Most of the readers thought that was the case after he said that.

What do you think?

I think it's even more weird how they don't address literally anything after the war. Naruto and Sasuke fight Kaguya, they fight each other, wait until someone finds them before they bleed out, Rescue Aquaman, release everyone from IT, and then they: go home. Cut to everyone being hunky-dory. It's like they're all "Let's pretend these days of pure nightmare never happened."

So he just left massive loose ends in his story? Wow...that is terrible storytelling.
