Many people tried to unlock EMS over the generations. None succeeded except Madara and Sasuke. You think it's complete coincidence that of all the Uchiha over the generations, only the two Indra reincarnations unlocked it? I guess they both just got lucky then, lol.

Itachi is a normal Uchiha. Fact.
Sasuke and Madara awakened EMS. Fact.
Both were Indra. Fact.

No speculation on this end here buddy. The burden of proof is on you to prove Itachi isn't a regular Uchiha and can unlock EMS since the manga stated regulars didn't awaken it despite them taking their siblings eyes.

Darui is a normal shinobi. Fact.
Kisame and Zabuza used Water Prison Jutsu. Fact.
Both were 7 Swordsmen.

Therefore, by your logic, only 7 Swordsmen members can use the Water Prison Jutsu.

It would seem you couldn't comprehend my statement nor the manga. No one is arguing every uchiha with MS could gain ems. As far as we know Ms users were scarce ( Obito, Shisui, Madara, Itachi , Sasuke, Izuna) and maybe Kagami. To say only Indra reincarnations are capable is blatantly untrue not backed by manga nor databook. Itachi was confident sasuke and himself could achieve this feat without knowledge of Indra or who his reincarnation is.

Nowhere is it implied in the manga that Uchiha's outside of Indra transmigrants can't Obtain EMS. The manga clearly said many tried & failed but it's obvious they were doing it wrong. Transplanting eyes that hadn't obtained mangekyo, or the user hadn't obtain Mangekyo.

OT:EMS Itachi would be very powerful, blessed without the usual drawbacks of MS, along with Greater reserves thanks to his brothers chakra. But no he wouldn't beat Madara or Kaguya sorry
