It would be nice if you could upload your own premium gif bar or something. Like Obito standing at the top of a mountain or something if it was a selectable option. More variety is nice.

Making your own gif bar and uploading it without the consent of the admins would cause a lot of trouble. What IF someone makes a gif with a pair of boobs? I wouldn't mind but it's not allowed.

You could have it set for example people with a certain positive reputation or joined date like 4 months than this is a option you can do under premium-ship.
