Samehada can absorb Jinton it'll just take damage. Just like how it absorbed Itachi's katon and still got burned because unlike Preta path Samehada needs contact to w/e it's absorbing.​

No that is raw chakra. Samehada hit Killer bee and it was pulling on the chakra it had already attacked it's self to. When Killer bee rushed Samehada and hit Kisame it put a whole in Samehada while absorbing his v2 cloak. Same thing happened to Preta path but Nagato wasn't damaged at all. Samehada needs contact to absorb something? Hot chakra no the katon is hot and Samehada has to get hit by the flames to absorb the flames which is the reason it doesn't like absorbing flames.​

Samehada also didn't like absorbing Bee's chakra when it was his, but Kisame made it do that anyways

Kisame gives no shits on what Samehada wants his mastery allows him to force it to anyways, especially since he went head to head with a lava user and was perfectly fine :lol.

Not really, especially since Kisame doesn't start out in WD, in every fight he uses Samehada if Roushi threw lava it was absorbed.

It doesn't take damage from absorbing Katon it just didn't like it.

Lol you guys dont understand the differences in making contact to absorb. Samehada doesnt need to make physical contact with the person to absorb their justu, however obviously it needs to make contact to absorb a justu, every absorption justu needs contact with a justu to absorb it.

Edit: Also samehada was not burned, he did indeed take in the katon with no damage as shown by the wrapping being intact which should have been burned off.

Preta absorbs faster and more chakra than Samehada but Samehada has better range.

Alll absorption abilities needs some kind of contact with the justu to work.

Let's take katon for example. It burns the target instantly upon contact, but was absorbed the moment it reached Samehada. Same thing applies to jinton, since it still is chakra.

Yes it does but it doesn't absorb it all before impact occurs and in the case of Jinton Samehada gets vaporized.​
