It took Ridoku Kurama Avatar and Ridoku PS to beat Momoshiki. Hell lose to Gai because Taijutsu is his weakness but he'll beat everyone from 1 to 6, most likely loses to 7, loses certainly to the last 2.

I haven't seen the movie but i'll make judgement from what i've seen from the camrips. Would lose to might guy. stops at naruto. Ashura avatar would rape.

Momoshiki absorbs chakra of all forms, which is why they had to use strictly Taijutsu/Kenjutsu to beat him.

He moves on par with Sasuke/Naruto, mostly, hell he even bested them both.

He has a third Rinnegan eye but it's power is unknown.

He has the ability of creating giant Bijuudama/TSB like things from the chakra he absorbs and it's destructive capabilities are incredible, it took Kurama Avatar to stop in it's tracks. Even then Naruto was still captured.

He also reacted to Ameno and countered, only managed by Kaguya before (againts an inferior Sasuke). Without intel he easily takes care of the first six rounds, 7 and 8 are a though answer because we haven't seen much destructive feats from him without absorbing chakra, he certainly loses to Kaguya though. If he were allowed to keep the chakra he absorbed from previous rounds the fight would get very interesting though.

He can use chakra by eating pills and that giant black thing is made when he eats a pill... The Third Rinnegan eye did nothing... Boruto stabbed the Rinnegan in his hand to stop the absorption... They were not focusing on the Rinnegan in his head because it did show nothing... Naruto and Sasuke were weakened, the first by the extraction and the second by travelling to Kaguya Dimension. His Rinnegan in one of his hands not both has the ability to absorb chakra. Cut the hand or damage the Rinnegan and the ability is off...

Basically. He's not really that special, but they gave him a Ninjutsu eating power so that he can look more impressive when scaled down.

He did have some nice Rinnegan techniques though, I believe he used a small version of Chibaku Tensei to stop Naruto (when he had to use the Kurama Avatar to break out), and he used some kind of elemental nature combination against Sasuke.

He can also make techniques from the abilities he absorbs, and this isn't limited to certain elemental natures. He can combine them, for instance absorbing water and earth allows him to make Wood. He was also shown using lava as well.

He can literally manifest techniques after absorbing them into his Rinnegan. Not really sure what his second Rinnegan hand did but your right, the right one was the one that could absorb chakra.

its fair to give him 6 paths jutsus too, given that hes the original weilder of the rinnegan and he formed a mini CT
the scale of his technqiues is obviously quite large since it required RSM avatar+Rikudo PS fusion to take him out,

and his reaction feat of reacting to Ameno clearly puts him at a very high echelon,

not understanding why people think he loses to juubito of all people

I'm pretty sure that was a TBB if I'm not mistaken.
