In general JJ's have the best healing feats as they can easily regenerate despite all of the damage taken and Madara by far has shown a lot of those feats. I do have to say that it is much better than the Byagoku as it took Tsunade lot of time to heal a bisection with a lot of help from Katsuyu compared to JJ Madara who did it with the Juubi's power.

I remember him not having an eye for a significant amount of time. If he could regenerate his eyes, don't you think he would have done so immediately when Obito teleported away?

We are not talking to regenerate an "simple eye", but a doujutsu, the rinnegan .

In the manga, such a thing can not happen, maybe something like that can do so only Kaguya or Rikudou

In fact, even Naruto can not recreate a doujutsu, i hope ._.

The manga would be too ridiculous if it were possible.
