Nope, he'll probably would die faster since Susanoo caused him the most pain; PS would be far more painful plus with his disease. Also even with PS, he can still be beaten by Nagato, Naruto, Sasuke, Madara, Hashirama, Tobirama, Minato, Kabuto, Obito, Toneri, Kaguya, and a few more.

Well databook states totsuka blade Is just a variant of the kusanagi blade, which couldn't pierce v2 Naruto, so totsuka blade cant pierce or seal any tailed beast, but I think its suppose to be like that cause kishi made it so no tailed beast could be defeated forever.
