The ring of the frost giant king of the north. Its made of a special metal that can channel Water, Wind and Ice chakra. Wielding the ring gives the user greater power for his Water, Wind and Ice jutsu and gives him the unique ability to materialize a weapon made of either one of these elements in the hand the ring is. For example, the user can materialize a hammer, a sword, a whip, a glove, a bow, etc. User must choose which weapon is materialized, and only one weapon may be used per turn.
Abilities:
+5 damage to Wind and Water
+10 damage to Ice
The elemental weapons that can be created are equal to S-Rank elemental jutsu
Restrictions:
Creating the weapons counts as a turn
Weapons maintain themselves until destroyed or released
While wielding an elemental weapon, user can't make hand seals
Weapons can't be thrown but only wielded
Can't channel fire chakra while using elemental weapons

Haku walks onto the field to see a man with hair white as snow. Haku never knew the man before in his life but for some reason he felt like he knew the man in some way there was something about him that make him feel similar to Haku. Haku usually despised fighting but the man's aura made Hakus blood boil giving Haku the want to fight him and see his skills.

Haku began by having water form around the man from beneath him creating a sphere of water around him and with one hand sign froze the water leaving the man frozen inside with a second handsign woven into the first hand sign to make it look like one jutsu Haku ahd added a feild of wind chakra around the sphere to keep it from being shattered by lighting or anything.

Description: With a single handseal, immediately after using an ice jutsu, the user can coat the ice jutsu with a layer of wind, that will protect the ice from lighting attacks and prevent it from shattering. In order to successfully perform it, the user must train the handseal and be able to string it with the handseals of the ice jutsu, so that it seems like it's only one sequence of handseals. With the wind layer, ice can finally fight with lighting at the same rank. Since the wind is covering the ice, it still has the double advantage against water, meaning that is still can freeze it due to the low temperature, but it becomes weaker to fire attacks because the fire would use the wind coating as fuel to burn the ice quicker and before the melted water manages to evaporate the fire.
Note: The rank of Wind itself would be A at maximum potential

The pillar of water completely dispersed and returned to normal water, thus rendering the rest of your move useless.

Just as Haku was about to freeze the water The man swung his sword releaseing wind chakra and breaking out of the prison as he breaks out of it Haku begins to focus his ice chakra into the area around Toshiro this freezes his saliva and gives him brain freeze leaving him unable to move for 5 seconds and keeping him from preforming his water slicer attack.

Without a single handsign (this jutsu doesn't require it also as haku used this as a 5 year old on his dad in the anime I personally doubt it does but this has nothing to do with the fight xd) haku has a dozen ice spears come from from the ground stabbing Toshiro in the heart stomach kidneys liver and groin.

Having almost no time to react, Toshiro, from the soles of his feet, creates an ice pillar that is created from his feet and rises up to a height. Assuming that a technique was coming from below, this platform of sorts would act as a sufficient method of evasion, seeing as the ice spikes would be unable to pierce through the platform.

(Kyousei Hyouton no Jutsu) Greater Ice Technique

Don't really agree with the escape but I'll continue z.z

Haku Forms two handsigns as Toshiro escapes his spears that would certainly have killed him had he not escaped. (its a pun >.> no?) and opens his hands to reveal a cube of wind which haku throws at him with a thrid handsign it expands around him cutting him to bits before he can form his clone or if the clone is formed it would explode from being hit by the cube)

Toshiro creates a wall of five tornadoes in front of him that is meant to combat the cuboid of wind. It easily overpowers it because of its rank superiority while continuing towards the opponent. He then materializes a mass of water below the opponent, the same technique he used, ironically. This creates a prison that traps the opponent as the tornado approaches.

As Hakus wind cube is countered a ball of water forms around Haku, to even toshiros surpirse Haku freezes the ball of water and shortly after he disappears into it like he became part of it as the remnants of the wind jutsu hit the ice Haku jumps out of the ball of ice at ice mirror speeds on his way to toshiro through this speed Haku creates a rasenshuriken in his left hand slamming it into toshiro (note my Haku bio can form wind jutsu with quicker movement thats what makes that possbile otherwise it'd take to long to form the rasenshuriken.

Description: By manipulating the wind-natured chakra of the Wind Release: Rasengan, Naruto was able to create four large points, causing the Rasengan to take on the appearance of a giant fūma shuriken, with the Rasengan in the centre remaining a perfect sphere. The technique gives off a loud screech-like noise during, and after formation. In order to perform it in the beginning, Naruto required the aid of two shadow clones; he provides the chakra, one clone is responsible for the shape transformation, and the other provides the nature transformation. However, like with his use with the Rasengan, as his skill progresses, he becomes able to use it without the aid of any clone. You travel towards me at a linear fashion, making it fairly easy to tell the path in which you are traveling at. Toshiro simply throws a kunai with an explosive tag towards your flight path, and by producing a simple sound, you are placed onto an illusion instantly. This illusion is quite complex and extremely powerful. It renders the use of ninjutsu completely, thus causing the Rasenshuriken to disperse. You would lose control over your body, messing up the momentum and trajectory in which you traveled at, as you curl into a ball, attempting to alleviate the pain.

The kunai would strike you at your skull, exploding simultaneously, which effectively blows up your head.

(Ototon Genjutsu: Banshī no te de gōmon no seiki) Sound Release Illusionary Art: A Century of Torture at the Hands of a Banshee

Upon facing such pain, the enemy will lose control over his body and spasm as they curl to try and alleviate the pain. The longer the target is caught in the illusion the more severe the effect is. The illusion however is just that: an illusion. The pain isn't real or associated with any bodily aspect or damage. The user must, however, sustain the inducing sound and focus into his chakra flow (not being able to mold chakra at the same time) to sustain the effects of the illusion as when the sound ends, the enemy stops feeling the pain and recovers virtually immediately. As Hakus flying towards toshiro he throws a kunai at Haku, Haku takes out several senbon he throws one with an explosive tag atatched at the kunai to stop it, Haku prepares to throw two more taking them from his pouch when suddenly he hears a sound and a great fear comes over him and a great pain and his rasenshuriken disppears and Haku finds himself unable to preform jutsu, He realizes his chakra was disturbed because he can no longer control it its a genjutsu but when did he..that sound its a genjutsu that affects the sense of hearing. As Haku falls down he takes the senbon in his right hand and stabs it into his ear drum effectively making him deaf in his right ear this immense pain breaks Haku out of the genjutsu right away before he even curls up he then takes out another senbon and stabs his other ear drum making him deaf in both ears.


You control genjutsu with sound but what will you do when I have no ability to hear that sound


Haku forms a single handsign and using his chakra forces hot ice to come up from the ground around toshiro in a casket form ( a casket of hot ice) being incontact with this hot ice will burn his skin and kill him if hes left inside. ( A rank variant. (when I say casket I mean it comes up around you and closes you inside of it)

B and A-Rank applications can reach up to mid-range. And S-Rank applications can reach up to long range. Additionally, should the user wish to sustain the constructs produced they simply need expend an additional amount of chakra per turn. For applications D to B-Rank the user need only expend 5 chakra. As the hot ice comes up from the ground Haku see's toshiro stomp on the ground breaking the hot ice and what looks like a blast continues onwards to Haku Haku quickly forms a single hand sign forming several ice mirror Haku jumps backwards merging into one which shatters just as Haku does that along with all the other mirrors Haku jumps out of the shard directly at toshiro now that the blast is gone and stabs him through the heart with a wind sword.

Description: The user will make a dome of 21 ice mirrors surround the opponent. Twelve are at ground level, eight are above the first twelve and placed at an angle so that they face slightly downward, and the last one is place directly at the top and center of the dome, facing directly down to the ground. The user can move at extremely high speeds that only the Sharingan can keep up with and manage to dodge while in this dome. The user can freely leap in and out of the mirrors as they wish and move to the other mirrors if one is destroyed, but the jutsu requires so much chakra to maintain that the users movements become progressively slower the longer they hold it (after three turns have passed a normal ninja can keep up with it for the most part) and they cannot perform jutsu while using this. When the jutsu is first starting, though, the user can move so quickly that it looks as though they are in, and attacking from, all 21 mirrors simultaneously. This jutsu was very resistant to fire jutsu, and can only be melted by fire of its own rank or greater, and cannot be destroyed by wind or water alone (both would basically empower it) unless it is of forbidden rank. A single ice mirror (or any number less than the complete set of mirrors) can also be created that the user can use as a shield and go in and out of it through both sides.

As Haku goes flying towards toshiro he flips out of the way in order to stop himself from flying to far Haku forces his wind sword into the ground to stop himself and upon stopping releases the sword but as he does water begins to form beneath Hakus feet to send him upwards with a single handsign haku focuses all his ice chakra into his hands creating an egg made purely of ice chakra and has it explode freezeing the water and toshiro within the blast radius. This would leave Haku slightly up in the air with the frozen water as it lifted him somewhat before the jutsu began. As Haku is now frozen inside his jutsu turns his body into black flames and has them melt their way out of the ice by having a couple dig their way out the final few remaining black flames get out from the hole made and haku appears at the black flame highest in the sky (mid range high) and once he appears there he sends out the black flames towards toshiro.

As Toshiro sees the shockwave expand outwards with Haku as the center, he knew he had very little time to react given that he was in short-range so he went with one of the fastest techniques he knows of. With a single hand seal, Toshiro creates a immensely fast stream of water underneath him; this started from where he stood and away from him and the enemy ten meters. The current traveled at extreme speed, triple to be exact, which pulled him at immense speed away from the area affected.

Now longrange, He watches as you begin to melt the ice with black flames. You go up in air, as a black flame, you release the flames that are headed towards toshiro. He performs the summoning ritual to summon a bico parrot. The parrot appeared underneath him and quickly took off, thus allowing him to evade the black flames.

He activates a wind enhancing technique thereafter.

Description: The Parrot Contract allows the user to summon a variety of different parrots. The Bico Parrots are actually not a species within a Clan, but rather a clan-transversal mutation that some parrots developed. This means that the parrots summoned by this technique can have any size or appearance, but will all have the same skills. Parrots are known for their extraordinarily engineered beak, both in beauty and mechanical strength. The Bico Parrots thus focused their ninjutsu skills on their beaks, allowing them to manipulate them at will. They are able to quickly shoot, at arrow speed, and renew their entire beak, as well as remotely control their flight path and their opening width, through chakra. The beaks can be shot and renewed once per turn ( the new beak appearing right away, but can't be manipulated until the next turn ), and can be manipulated throughout that turn. The strength of a parrot beak, and thus, the strength of the attack, is entirely dependent on size, rather than shape ( as most parrot's beaks are identical ). As such, upon summoning, the user will infuse the adequate amount of chakra to summon bigger or smaller parrots. The average size of an Altorio Parrot, as described in the contract ( Lion - 2 people riding ), is equivalent to the cannon technique ( B rank ). With the D rank starting at roughly 1/9 the standard size, it increases by 3 every rank, up to roughly the size of 9 times the standard, which around half a boss summoning (with rivaling wing-span). Bico Parrots were considered for the Macaw Royal Guard, but were then crossed off because they were more of a pacifist group and prefered to sing, even if lousily. They can use their beaks, claws and swords for Kenjutsu.
When a Bico Parrot is in place, the opponent is able to, through 1 handseal, create a beak on his/her body, and shoot it at arrow speeds, equivalent to a B ranked technique. This requires the user to spend 20 chakra and counts as a move.

As a result, any subsequent Wind techniques performed by the user while this is active will gain a special property; the wind technique would produce a suction-like effect, which allows it to draw earthen particles(such as small rocks/rubble/soil sediments) from the terrain towards it. This causes the earthen particles to become embedded into the body of the wind technique. The earth particles serve to augment the destructive power of the wind techniques by granting it with an additional abrasive edge, thus allowing it to seemingly shred the opponent to bits. Of course, this technique is entirely dependant on the terrain; if there are no earthen particles on the battlefield, then this technique will be rendered useless. Additionally, this may also work on water sources; wind techniques would be able to use water droplets in place of earthen particles to achieve a similar effect. The suction effect produced by this technique is extremely strong - it makes all movement(eg. performing hand seals, running) extremely difficult and sluggish(though possible) when one is within short-range of the technique. Of course, this effect also applies to the user, who will be subjected to the same effects as long as the technique is within short-range of him. As Hakus sent his black flames to attack toshiro he began the summoning jutsu to summon hirashin to the field because of Hakus current free fall. Haku takes the blood from his ear from his genjutsu breaking method and does the same summoning his hoopoe Hirashin. As he does this toshiro has also summoned his summoning to escape hakus black flames.

Description: Hiraishin is a Hoopoe from ancient times. Tobirama named his technique after this bird after seeing it soar in the skys during a thunder storm. Hiraishin is a large summon able to carry 2 people without being slowed down. His feathers are light blue and his beak is gold. He has a rather short temper and is quick to snap out against his summoner if they don't show him proper respect. His name was given to him because of his ability to control thunder (Lightning release). Being able to preform all lightning style ninjutsu that the user knows with a flap of his wings or by shooting it from his beak (with the exception of ones that require a human hand such as chidori).

As we fly closer (still long range) Haku forms three handsigns sending his chakra into the ground below toshiro won't notice until it erupts but a tree of fire chakra comes shooting up from the ground below his summon and himself englufing him in the flames.

Hearing the eruption of the flames below him, Toshiro creates an ice mirror in front of him and one in the area between the two opponents, and the other higher up in the air, 5 meters from where the opponent flew (this would be 8ish meters from you, but diagonally higher). Toshiro merges with the first one and speeds into the second one in between the two, he exits the second one releasing a single senbon towards the opponents eye and then he merges with the third one that was higher up. It was also somewhat slanted, so he would appear from the opposite side of the mirror, simply standing on it.

Once there, he would be faced towards the opponent. He slams both hands together and creates a staff of wind. The staff of wind is then launched like a spear and with a single hand seal, it sprouts wings. He performs another hand seal to cause it to explode, creating a vaccuum like effect within its 5 meters which easily sucks you in, whilst cutting you up.

The user can freely leap in and out of the mirrors as they wish and move to the other mirrors if one is destroyed, but the jutsu requires so much chakra to maintain that the users movements become progressively slower the longer they hold it (after three turns have passed a normal ninja can keep up with it for the most part) and they cannot perform jutsu while using this. When the jutsu is first starting, though, the user can move so quickly that it looks as though they are in, and attacking from, all 21 mirrors simultaneously. This jutsu was very resistant to fire jutsu, and can only be melted by fire of its own rank or greater, and cannot be destroyed by wind or water alone (both would basically empower it) unless it is of forbidden rank. A single ice mirror (or any number less than the complete set of mirrors) can also be created that the user can use as a shield and go in and out of it through both sides.

Close range abilities:
The staff's main use is to be used in close combat, where it is able to be used as a normal staff, though it has the cutting abilities of an S-rank wind blade
Mid range use:
The staff can also be used at a range, in which it gained.its name "butterfly staff". As Hakus fire jutsu closes in on Toshiro he makes a single handsign and an ice mirror forms infront of him. Being Hakus specialty he already knew how the mirrors worked. Haku Eyed each mirror as they were made.

Haku watching for each attack is ready he can feel the needle flying through the air thanks to his chakra senseing breeze and blocks it with his own senbon. Hirashin opens his beak spitting out branching lighting which hits each ice mirror potentially killing toshiro. Meanwhile as hirashin fires his lighting Haku becomes black flames once again and appears above the mirror you said you were going to come out of Haku then sends the black flames at it incase you do still survive and preform your wind. Hirashin flies out of your way moving to your right and going above you as to catch Haku again.

Descripton: The user, after performing the Snake hand seal, emits lightning in the shape of a spear from their hands or mouth which then pierces the enemy. Kakuzu, the original user, shoots the technique from his Lightning mask's mouth. Its destructive power is great enough to even pierce through rock; meaning it has a high killing potential. The user can increase the number of spears to attack multiple enemies by branching the main spear. This, coupled with the sheer speed of the lightning, makes it a difficult technique to evade. This strong attack can be defended against by an equally strong attack of the same element such as Raikiri.

Toshiro, as he sees the lightning coming his way and piercing through the mirror in the middle, stops the ice technique altogether and performs two hand seals. With his forward momentum, a doppelganger would emerge from his body in immense speed. It easily neutralized the lightning technique while continuing onwards towards the opponent, and once it reached the opponent, it would explode into an omnidirectional blast of wind.

The momentum he gained from the speed as he descends would make it so that he would eventually be underneath the bird, or at a lower angle from it. With three hand seals, Toshiro releases winds around his body, shaping it into a wheel of wind. He throws the wheel of wind towards the opponent, ripping through the bird and mutilating the enemy.

Description: After forming the Snake -> Ram hand seals the user will cause an A ranked replica of himself made of wind to dart from his body in a linear fashion in a direction, once released he cannot change course of this jutsu. This replica reaches up to short ranged moving 25% faster than the user's base speed and delivering sheer blunt force trauma to the opponent by mowing them down as a very strong gust of wind that can result in broken bones, abrasions, and even concussions, similar to its parent jutsu (Fuuton: Aojiroi Dopperugengā)- Wind Release: Pale Doppelganger. However, this replica is connected to the user via a nearly invisible tether of Fuuton chakra which the user will send a portion of his Fuuton chakra through. This pulse of chakra is A ranked and can either cause the replica to explode prematurely with an S ranked omnidirectional explosion (A+A) reaching up to mid ranged of its origin or it can cause another A ranked replica to sprout from the initial replica which will simply fade away and attack a dodging opponent or sudden obstacle with a now S ranked blunt force effect, once the second replica sprouts from the first however the previous replica can no longer explode as it will cease to exist and neither can the second. This means, the user has the option to explode his replica or produce another he does not have access to both sides of this jutsu at once. This second replica still moves in a linear fashion which cannot be redirected and can extend the jutsu another 5 meters at base speed +25% also, making it mid ranged.

Note: can only be used 2 times per match
Note: can’t use any jutsu while inside the wheel.
note: Goes fast enough to knock away incoming weapons and doesn't increase the users speed the wheel being able to move the user around does not increase his speed. And throwing it it goes as fast as a normal weapon goes when thrown ( the same speed as lets say a kunai.)

Its been two turns so my ice has returned

As Toshiro had thought quickly to Hirashins jutsu by creating a wind clone Haku crossed his arms in an X like form creating a dome of ice around himself and hirashin blocking the wind attack haku then swung his arms sending the shards made up from the dome around toshiro that went towards him to strike him on all sides before he can preform all 3 handsigns for the wind wheel.

Description: A Yuki clan member overlaps both their arms like an 'X' and creates a spiked dome of ice which raises up around them in a rotating fashion at a rapid pace with spikes facing outward slightly angled to one side. Due to the spikes anyone within short range of the user would be skewered by them. Then, if the dome is still intact the user extends both arms outward upon which the dome breaks down, spinning in the opposite direction from which it rose forming a rapidly rotating circle of blades of ice around the user which keeps spanning outward until the blades reach a mid ranged radius from the user. These blades can be manipulated to attack omnidirectionally around the user, or manipulated to attack any direction the user wishes.

As Toshiro is attacked Haku begins gathering moisture in the air making his skin take on a light blue paleish tone. This increases Hakus Damage to ice by 20 more and wind and water by 5 (a total of 30 now for ice and 10 for water and wind)

Description: The user will release a large amount of water and wind chakra around him gathering all the moisture in the air of a 10 meter radios and cover himself in it. This will look like the user skin tone is becoming lighter til it becomes pure Bluish-white, which in turn raises his/her defense due to be covered in ice(Basically able to block shurikens and kunais without special properties). In this form all Ice techs released from the user are 10 damage points stronger and when he touch something, it causes a minor case of frost bite, making taijutsu more effective. the user is also able to make ice jutsu with one hand seal.the user can not be harmed by fire of c rank or below as the ice around him would keep him cold and not inurjied.
Notes:

-No more ice Jutsus above A rank for 2 turns after jutsu ends
-can only use ice jutsu Water jutsu, wind jutsu and taijutsu while in this mode

AT the same exact time Hirashin flaps his wings creating 6 lighting spikes in the air around toshiro which will go into it just after the ice shards from the dome do.
