For example
Sakura's character became utter shit
Hard work> Destiny theme became meaningless
Had no idea what to do with Sasuke
Had no idea what to do with Sai
Had no idea what to do with the K11
Had no idea how to kill off Madara
Arcs after pain arc were garbage

I'm sure if his first editor were still around the war would have been amazing, VOTE 2 would have been amazing, the defeat of Madara would have been satisfying, and the epilogue would make sense.

A kid could develop characters way better than kishimoto, and at the same time think of a proper way to continue the plot. Kinda is kishimoto's fault for not being so bright and thinking things through.
