Like I said madara was wrong, BZ admitted to changing the tablet. Only someone possessed by kaguya and is meant to become her vessel can awaken it whether they have the rinnegan or not.

This is evidenced by hogoromo and obito never awakening it, despite both having the rinnegan

He has limbo and can one shoot Edo Minato, Kakashi, and Gaara there. Not a problem for him to get his other eye from Obito. And then he take that eye and put it into his eye socket and levitate toward moon and awaken 3rd eye. Without need to be a Juubi jin first as your believe the requirement to awaken 3rd eye was original double rinnegan only

And then after that he can summon the Juubi and absorb it. Thats all after he awaken his 3rd eye in non Jin form.

But thats all not happening in manga. Madara need to became Juubi jin first before he get his other Rinnegan. Thats mean its not just original rinnegan was needed but Juubi also

Here we are talking about 3rd eye and not casting an IT wordwide. Its not about Kaguya never enslaved the whole world but her 3rd eye. She awaken it by eating Chakra fruit and not because of Double Rinnegan. Double Rinnegan will not gave you 3rd eye. Rinnegan was not Rinn Sharingan that divide into two pieces. Rinnegan was a mutation eye or deluted eye from Rinn Sharingan. Same as Sharingan to Rinnegan/Rinn Sharingan.
