[Question] Another RP question

Question, are there others that can be RPed with a Bijuu other than Jinchuurikis? For example, Rin had Isobu briefly sealed inside her, Yukimaru of filler arc can control Isobu, and Hotaru Tsuchigumo lived with Jinchuuriki for the most of her live. In their cases, not incorporating the Bijuu would make their biographies seem underdeveloped (esp. for Hotaru who relies on Utakata as one of her defining traits). So my question is: can those three and people in similar mold be RPed as?

No. Only the latest Jinchuriki can have Bijuu in the RP.

Hotaro wasn't a Jinchi nor had any powers over the tailed beast. It just happens so that she knew a Jinchi, that's it. Many characters also know Naruto and Killer Bee. Frankly the Tailed Beast has nothing to do with her.

Yukimaru only seemed to have a certain degree of control over Isobu when he didn't have a host. We are not going to place a hostless tailed beast somewhere just so that Yukimaru could control it.

Rin never had any control over Isobu, she also died rapidly after he was sealed inside of her, so we're not going to suddenly consider her a Jinchi.

So? What does that matter. He just taught her ninjutsu. That he was a jinchi is rather irrelevant. It's not like he taught her how to create her own tailed beast or something.
