Why can madara use susanoo with the rinnegan?

Those tge rinnegan has the same abilities as a mangekou sharingan? Madara is seen capable of using susanoo with the rinnegan and he never desactivate it maybe because he can't like sasuke so he can do everything a sharingan can?

This is actually false. The Rinnegan is as much of an evolution of the Sharingan as it is to the Byakugan. Not just anyone can unlock the Rinnegan. Only those who have both Indra's and Ashura's chakra can achieve the Rinnegan. The Sharingan and the Byakugan are both mutations of the Rinnegan.

Susano'o in cases is awakened with the Mangekyo Sharingan. The awakening of the MS causes "special chakra" to "sprout" in the brain of an Uchiha. Now, because Itachi could use Susano'o whilst blind, and Madara without eyes, I think that it's safe to conclude that the chakra that "sprouts" in the brain is for Susano'o. Just because his EMS mutated and awakened into the Rinnegan, doesn't mean that he lost the chakra which "sprouted" in his brain at the time of awakening MS.

It's been stated that his eyes weren't a Sharingan anymore, but Rinnegan. It's more than likely that changing between Sharingan and Rinnegan was only doable whilst an Edo. The Edo Tensei eyes were not the real thing, after all.

It's not plot, having double Rinnegan means having Hagoromo' eye power. The Sage never had a Sharingan so by possessing his eyes Madara was no longer able to use Indra's.
