Reflex is noticing something and producing a reaction. For minato to use ftg he must react to what he's dodging

Give it a rest already, the thread is garbage fail. Suigetsu and Jugo have already shown good enough reactions and reflexes/speed to react to the fourth raikages speed. So how can someone like Minato who is tiers above them, have reflexes equal to just base Raikage? Same guy who physically and mentally reacted to V2 top speed, but you are still trying to say Minato is inferior. Then databook spells it out to you yet you're still struggling. Raikages rcm is only as fast as minato's base speed. With FTG raikage is completely inferior. Props to suigetsu, not the first time he's shown decent speed feats, but how did I know you'd somehow find a way to degrade Minato as well. Rcm raises Ays nerve transmission...therefore speed and reflexes, yet it is only described as on par with Minato . But for some reason you will say otherwise.

Fan-made translation? Interesting. FTG is instant so, everyone is slower. I actually posted a Viz scan. So until an actual translation doesn't make it out, I won't buy it I'm afraid, as it's directly contradicting the manga.

The guy who translated this is the same guy who has translated several sections of the fourth databook already. Viatoretvenus from tumbler, look him up of you dont believe. He is very good and has done several translations for the narutoforums. Someone else called turrin from narutoforums has also translated this page and he has the same translation. So keep calling it a fan translation, it doesnt make the translation invalid, never seen so much arrogance. No mention of ftg in this translation, raikage cant be on par with ftg. Ftg has never ever been stated to be the reason for minatos speed either, keep trying. You are literally trying to tell me suigetsu has better reflexes than minato right?

You already know viz isnt accurate, yet you think i care for viz. i've seen raw translations, i even translate myself from time to time using my japanese dictionary and translator app and i can tell you that viz completely butcher a lot of the manga. Viz even remove out cursing, and they reword a lot just so it sounds better in english, instead of translatating everything word for word how the author has written it. So i dont care about your viz, they arent the best at translating.
