Is this Internet good?

I'm at college right now and am getting ready to download the Black Ops 3 beta later tonight, so I checked the Internet speed on speedtest.net. It has 57.20 Mbps down and 63.36 Mbps up. That's really good, right? Or is it not that great because it's shared among thousands of people? I don't know all of that techy stuff and what it all means.

I just did the test again.

Ping - 4ms
Down - 80.10 Mbps
Up - 56.49 Mbps

Seems like there's alot of fluctuation.

College internet can either be really great or really crapping. When I was there it would be really slow do to the traffic. But that could also be do to the school you're at.
