These are all older movies because I was a lot younger at the time but IT by Stephen King and Child's Play horrified me as a child. Probably didn't help that my cousin was kind of a **** in regards to those things and would pop out of corners holding his my buddy and me(which in my child mind looked just like Chucky) and ask his mom to watch IT just because it freaked me out.
