Enton Chidori made to cancel out the Nature advantage and add damage, did not have Kurama powered chakra, that was clearly stated. Sasuke had to adjust the chakra, to fit his build, as it is very specific, so no extra power.

Vermilion Rasengan, the Same thing Naruto used on Sasuke during Vote 1, enhanced due to Kurama having collected Natural energy to replenish himself.

They got an entire replenish from Hagoromo, nothing before that matters, though I would argue they used proportionally the same amount of chakra.
Sasuke has a smaller pool to begin with, and was arguably more instrumental against Madara, and used alot of chakra shifting multiple times. He absorbed a finite amount of chakra from the beasts z and not all of their chakra. Naruto, having about 25% more chakra, reasonably. He has a beast, constantly generating his own chakra, and gathering Natural Chakra. Neither one of them had enough of a stamina advantage to throw in the others faces, and I wish people would quit trying to downplay A Rinnegan ability as cheating, when is you take the bijuu away, and unnerf Sasuke's Rinnegan, he can absorb almost all of Naruto's jutsu.

Not necessarily. Previously, small amount of chakra used to escape from the seal, so, whichever tech Naruto used had Kurama's chakra in it at all times even if it was a tiny amount. But after using modes and directly taking chakra from the Bijuu changes things ten fold, as in the latter case there is little Naruto chakra involved there. Naruto never had any base reserves bar the time Kurama seal was closed by Orochimaru.

So, I am not sure what you mean. Also, Enton overpowered the techs and magnified the explosion. Sasuke's own tech became the reason for both of them losing their arms so, it was hardly an even stalemate. Sasuke's tech combo was stronger that resulted in a bigger explosion.
