In the first location, Orochimaru has a slight advantage since it'll be close-mid range. Therefore, he could possibly be the victor.

In the second location...Muu wins moderate difficulty.

I don't see why Mu wouldn't already be ways away from Orochimaru, where he'd be basically untouchable. Then perform a big ass jinton that's inescapable.
